However, with this particular side effect of Clenbuterol, you have to have been overdosing for a lot of months or even years at a time, so as long as you remain responsible with your usage and complete your cycles correctly, this shouldn’t be a problem but it is definitely worth knowing about.
Clen has been associated with aggravating conditions that you may have already had underneath and Clen can be the cause for them to happen, this relates to the heart problems as someone may have had pre-existing heart conditions that they didn’t know about and the Clen made it happen faster than it would have. This drug can also lead to your bones becoming more fragile, if you have been using Clenbuterol for many months at a time and you have been overdosing with it too, you may have noticed things like pain in the joints because of the weakened bones. This obviously makes it easier for you to fracture and break your bones as they can become quite fragile as a result of long term abuse of Clen.
Clen is quite a strong stimulant for your central nervous system, people who use this drug as medication have been known to suffer from insomnia however for most people, this Clenbuterol side effect can be avoided altogether if they take their dose of Clen earlier in the day. In doing this they should be able to get a good night’s sleep but because it is such a powerful stimulant it is not a guarantee that this will stop people from experiencing insomnia, also the severities of sleep deprivation will vary as well. You should also remember that people usually suffer from this side if they have been overdosing on Clen for extended periods of time so if you are cycling it correctly, it is unlikely that you will have to deal with insomnia.
Clenbuterol Cycle and Dosage To Stay Away From Side Effects
Many of the Clenbuterol side effects mentioned above can actually be avoided from the get-go as long as you know how to cycle Clen properly with the right doses to keep you out of harm’s way.
There are three main ways of cycling Clen, the first one we are going to talk about is known as a bursting Clenbuterol cycle, it is a fairly popular method of cycling that is used by bodybuilders to enhance their results, usually during a cutting period because of the fact that it contains very effective fat burning properties, which is ideal to make the process of losing fat a lot faster. A bursting Clen cycle basically involves doing a two days on two days off cycle, the days you are on, you consume a high dose of Clen, this will vary a lot, it could be anywhere between 70-140mcg per day based on how well the person can tolerate it, on the two days off, you would take absolutely no Clen, then repeat the cycle. Keep in mind, just because many people use this as a way of cycling Clen, it does not mean it is the best way, in fact is it quite strenuous on the body and quite ineffective in comparison the other two cycle methods were going to move on to.
Next up is what’s called an increment cycle. You start your cycle off with a low dose of between 20 and 40mcg per day, but every two or three weeks that pass by, you increase the dose by 20mcg per day. It is up to you to decide on how long you wait before upping the dosage but the general guideline is around two or three weeks, this is also the most effective way to cycle Clen because it never stops being in your system throughout the cycle and it doesn’t become ineffective as you are increasing the dose every few weeks.
The last, and most used cycle is the method of doing two weeks on and two weeks off. You begin with between 20-40mcg of Clenbuterol per day and gradually increase the dose every couple days until, by the end of the two week cycle, you reach the maximum dose amount of between 100-140mcg per day. Then proceed to take two weeks with no Clen in your system and repeat the cycle but starting with the dose that you left off with at the end of your previous two week cycle.
As long as you stay within the recommended doses and cycle Clen safely, you should be able to stay away from the majority of Clenbuterol’s side effects.
